INGREDIENTS (6 people)
6 Pork Chops
Marinade:
6 crushed Garlic
2 tbsp. of English sauce
1 tsp. of oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Garlic butter:
100 g. Butter
6 crushed garlic cloves
3 tbsp. Chopped parsley
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
Fresh oregano leaves or parsley to decorate
Preparation
Wash the pork chops and marinate them, preferably the day before their preparation, with the crushed garlic, the English sauce, the salt and the pepper.
Prepare the garlic butter by joining the butter-at room temperature-with the garlic, the ground parsley and the lemon juice. Refrigerate in a cylinder form-inside aluminum foil-to harden.
Heat an iron, add a little oil and cook the chops. Seal and cook well for about ten minutes on each side.
Accompany with white rice, yucca, potato, green salad or vegetables in julianas. Place, before serving, a garlic butter wheel on top of each chop.
